bonus offer says cashback paid monday but mine still says calculating.

The offer said cashback gets paid out on Monday but mine is still just showing “calculating” in the rewards tab. It’s late afternoon here and I’ve checked a few times, even tried logging out and in. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, seems to always lag behind for me. I’m not one to jump at support right away if I don’t have to, I like to wait it out, but it just feels odd every single week.

Wondering if it’s just on my account or if anyone else’s is slow too.
