mystery bonus paid dust

just checked my account and found a “mystery bonus” with no details, barely even a notification. it’s there one day, gone the next, and now nothing in my inbox about it. i’ve played a fair bit of live dealer poker lately, but there was nothing that tied directly to any promo. no idea if it was a targeted thing or some kind of glitch.

i usually screenshot all my promo messages and i keep close track of offers, but this one’s got zero info to go off. anyone else get weird one-off bonuses lately and then get left hanging? trying to decide if i should even bother chasing support over this or just let it go and stick to my poker grind.
