sportsbook review after max stake got cut but promo emails kept coming

1. So after grinding their blackjack promos for a couple weeks, I got my max stake limited to almost nothing. It was right after a little streak and using a bunch of their bonus chips, which I guess triggered the risk team. But the weird part is I still get hit with promo emails every other day - free spins, boosted bets, deposit matches, you name it. I can't even bet enough to meet half the requirements.

2. The customer service basically gave me the usual 'business decision' line and didn't offer much. I tried asking why they keep sending promo offers if my account is limited, and I just got a generic copy-paste answer about 'promoting a responsible environment.' Meanwhile, promos just stack up in my inbox that I can’t actually use. I haven't had this happen at other spots, usually if you’re limited, you stop getting offers.

Anyone else get the same treatment after being stake-limited? Do you just ignore the promos or is there some trick to get the limit lifted eventually?
