usdt trc20 deposit credited but erc20 withdraw option greyed out after win

Sent in USDT using TRC20 because it's faster and the fees are low, and it showed up in my balance pretty much instantly. Hit a good win on the slots, so I went to cash out but noticed only the ERC20 withdrawal was showing, and it's all greyed out so I can't actually pick it. TRC20 isn't even showing as an option anywhere.

Trying not to jump to conclusions, but is this a thing with some casinos where you deposit with one network and have to withdraw with another, or is something weird just going on with the withdrawal process? Not really in a panic, but I was planning on a cashout tonight and now I'm just staring at this grey button. If anyone's been through this or knows a workaround, would appreciate any insight. Wondering if it's just a matter of waiting or if I'm going to have to contact support and get bounced around.

"tonight" got me, sportsbook cashouts always pick the exact hot minute to go grey. Annoying.

“tonight” is the tell, yeah, but blaming timing is too easy, TRC20 in and ERC20 greyed usually screams manual withdrawal junk.

Seen this sooo many times, deposit flies in on trc20 then cashout menu just sulks. Support usually does the dumb manual toggle.

If ERC20 is visible but greyed out, there may be another requirement stopping withdrawals, like KYC, a pending wager, or a minimum withdrawal amount. I'd double-check those first. I've run into similar situations on Gamdom and other casinos.

Good point. Checking KYC, wagering status, and withdrawal limits first can save a lot of confusion. Had similar situation on Gamdom too.
