faucet winnings locked

Used the faucet for a week, racked up a little bit of balance, hit a decent win on a low-stake slot, and now it says my winnings are “locked.” I tried contacting support but got the usual copy-paste about “terms and conditions.” Some sites let you clear those faucet funds with a certain amount of wagering, others don’t budge no matter what. I always check for a wagering requirement but they just say winnings are restricted until “verification,” whatever that even means in this case.

I get why they don’t want people farming faucet cash and running, but locking winnings even after a bunch of play seems extra tight. Maybe I’m missing something obvious or just unlucky with the rules here. Anybody been through this and actually managed to unlock and withdraw the faucet winnings?
