casino chat tip counted as withdrawal activity and cancelled my bonus somehow

so i was running a promo on a fresh account, keeping everything above board. only withdrawal i did was a tip to a friend in the chat since that counts as “sharing” not cashing out right? a couple hours later, bonus balance vanished and support says i triggered a withdrawal clause. not seeing it spelled out in the t&c but maybe i missed some fine print, idk. does every kind of tip or transfer usually get flagged as a withdrawal? i’ve seen folks do chat tips during streams and their bonuses seemed fine, but maybe they know a workaround. anyone else get nailed for this or is it a site-specific thing?
