bonus code half applied

Went to claim a promo code on a new crypto site, did everything right but the bonus only got credited for half the amount. Account balance looks correct, just the bonus cash part isn’t matching up. I screenshotted everything, double-checked the deposit went through in full and the code was typed right, no weird spaces or typos. Terms & conditions say nothing about splitting or partial bonuses. No withdrawal or KYC hold either, so can’t blame that.

I already shot a message to their support but judging by the recent chat feed, they’re not lightning fast over there. Anyone else ever get a bonus only halfway credited like this? Did it get fixed or was it some weird hidden rule I missed? Not sure if I should bother grinding through wagering yet or just wait this out. How did it play out for you if you had a similar thing happen?
