crypto box empty

Anybody else having this problem where the “crypto box” promo thing is just straight up empty every time you open it? I swear I’m not just logging in late - last week I had alarms set and still got zero, and now I’m just getting a gray empty box no matter what. Not sure if they actually run out that fast or if it’s some weird display glitch.

I saw a few folks say in chat that if you’re in certain regions you might get blocked, but I’m not running a VPN or anything like that. Got me thinking - is this just luck of the draw or is there a trick I’m missing? Wouldn’t mind a couple satoshis just to fuel my late-night roulette spins, ya know. Is anyone here actually managing to claim these, or should I just give up and go back to bonus hunting?
