dealer swap curse

Every time they swap out the live dealer in blackjack, my run turns to dust. No matter how steady things are going, the new person sits down and suddenly I’m getting hammered with dealer 21s and busting on low cards. I know it’s all random and whatever, but it really feels like there’s some kind of cosmic jinx tied to the dealer switch. I’ve tracked it over my last dozen sessions - at least half the losses follow that changeover.

Has anyone found a way to get around this? Do you take a break when the new dealer shows up, or just grind through? Part of me thinks I’m just overthinking it, but after so many swings I start doubting if it’s all just the numbers. When you catch a dealer running hot, do you stay put or is it better to bail and come back later?

No, the new dealer isn't flipping a switch, but yesss I still leave on a swap. Not for blackjack luck, for pace, same thing in live Roulette, new professional dealer comes in and the whole rhythm gets weird, I start forcing hands and that's it

"last dozen sessions" is nothing, man. I used to swear crypto casino dealer swaps mattered too lol!!!

I bail on the swap, every time. In 14 sessions my bankroll got clipped 9 times right after a new live dealer sat down.
