anyone ever got their online casino account reopened after closure

My cousin just got his account shut down for what looked like “responsible gambling” reasons after a long losing streak and sending some heated emails. He says he’s cooled off now and wishes he hadn’t asked for it to be closed, since it’s the one place with decent odds on the international football leagues we follow. He tried reaching out to support but didn’t get anything but canned replies. I remember something similar happening to a guy at my old job, but he had to wait a full year before they’d look at it again, even though it wasn’t for anything major.

Curious if anyone here has managed to get their account reopened after closing it for gambling limit stuff or after a self-exclusion request. My cousin’s trying to figure out if it’s even worth chasing, or if he should just find a new place and cut his losses.

A full year for that guy? Sounds more like permanent with nicer wording.

Nah once support goes canned it's dead, bonus or not!!!

Full year sounds normal, yes. Once they slap that on, Live Dealer or not, support just reads scripts and the account stays dead.

If it was a responsible gambling or self-exclusion request, most casinos are pretty strict about not reopening accounts until the exclusion period ends.

maybe after the timer, sure, but once support goes canned i’d stop begging. heated emails plus casino reviews-level support, that door’s basically shut
