betmgm casino win shows settled but withdrawable balance still missing after 12 hours

Had a roulette session hit big last night, win says settled in my account, but the balance I should be able to withdraw is still not matching up. It’s been over 12 hours now, usually it's there pretty quick for me. I double checked transaction history and nothing weird showed up. Customer support said to wait but not super helpful after the initial reply. Anybody ever had this kind of lag before on casino payouts or is this a rare glitch? Bit thrown off because I wanted to move my funds over to crypto for the weekend.

If the win is marked as settled, I'd expect the available balance to match unless there's some kind of review happening behind the scenes. I'd ask support if the funds are being held for any specific reason. I've had similar questions on Gamdom.

"Review" is the catch-all when support either doesn't know or won't say. I had a roulette hit sit as settled for nearly 18 hours on a Friday, and the withdrawable balance stayed wrong the whole time like the wallet and ledger weren't even talking. VERY normal, which is the irritating part.

Nooo, the bigger insult is when some dumb Friday reload bonus tags the balance and roulette only counts 10%. I had $600 sit there over a $25 promo once, that's promo trash, not roulette magic

Not rare, casino balance lag is a thing and it's why I move less through them now, settled should mean settled before you chase crypto around it

Yeah, I’m gonna push back on the “rare glitch” part. Half the time this crap is promo plumbing, not some mysterious casino hiccup. If there was any bonus, odds boost, deposit match, free spin bundle, even a dumb little “weekend reward” attached anywhere on the account, that can wall off part of the cash until their system catches up or re-tags it. I had $1,340 sit in limbo after a “25% reload” because they split cash and promo winnings like it was a naval chart drawn by a drunk clerk. Support always says “wait” because they know exactly what bucket it’s stuck in and won’t say it plain. Check bonus terms first, not the transaction page
