casino locked my account because i used apple pay once then bank card after

Used Apple Pay to make a deposit one time since my card was having issues, then switched back to my bank card a couple days later. Got an email this morning saying my account is locked “pending verification.” No real explanation. Checked my docs and everything matches up from sign-up. Never used a VPN and all my bets have been straight sports, no huge wins or anything.

Kinda surprised they flagged it just for mixing payment methods. I’ve read before that some places get picky about that, but never had problems anywhere else. Anyone have something similar happen, especially with switching from Apple Pay back to regular bank cards? Not sure if I should just wait it out or if this is going to be a pain to fix. Would rather stick to crypto but not every sportsbook offers it.
