So I finished the rollover for a deposit bonus a couple days ago, or at least I thought I did. Now my bonus progress meter is stuck and customer support says it’s because they need the “supplier” to report the results for my last round. This is with a live roulette table if that matters. Anyone else run into this sort of delay where your play doesn’t get counted until some backend thing clears? Starting to wonder if this is normal with these live tables or if I’m missing something obvious.
