Back to Poker

PokerStars tournaments just eat up the whole evening.

These online tournaments start out all chill, but next thing you know, it's three hours in and you're still not even at the final table. I get that the long grind is part of the game, but sometimes I just want to fire off a couple sit-n-gos and move on with my night. I actually start losing focus after a while, which can't be good for bankroll management.

Anybody else feel like the longer formats just drag too much? How do you guys keep from tilting or getting bored in the late levels?

Roulette isn't the issue, it's that mtts stop being poker-poker and turn into shove-fold daycare after hour three. I resent the mutants who stay sharp there!
