bet365 roulette froze after ball drop and settled before video came back

so i was playing roulette and right after the ball dropped, the video just froze up. couldn't see anything till it came back and by then the bet had already been settled. didn't even get to see the wheel stop or the winning number live, it just skipped straight to the result page. feels like i'm paying tuition for trusting these streams sometimes. has this happened to anyone else? wondering if this is just bad luck on my end or something to watch out for on live tables.

yeah, it happens, and the part people miss is the stream is not the event, the result feed is. that's the whole trick with these "live" tables imo. you're watching a land-based casino stream, but settlement runs off the backend, not your video catching up. so when it freezes after ball drop, they still grade it like nothing happened. tbh i'm less annoyed by the freeze than by the promo nonsense around it!!! half the roulette bonuses exclude live tables or quietly haircut what counts anyway, then the stream hiccups and suddenly you're arguing over a spin you never even saw. stale setup, same old story haha

I've had live streams freeze a couple of times, usually because of my connection rather than the casino itself. The result was still recorded correctly, but it's definitely frustrating not seeing the wheel land.

Crypto casinos do this too, and its not always your wifi. Ive had bet365 freeze post-drop while the backend settled clean anyway... Same tired live-table trick.
