bet365 roulette paid my split bet wrong and support wants spin id

Placed a split bet and the payout seemed way off, ended up with less than what I was expecting based on my regular plays. I double-checked the history and it definitely hit exactly like it should, so I hit up support. Now they’re telling me I need a spin ID to even look at it. Never had to use that before, I usually just reference the date and time or attach a screenshot if I need to clear up a payout issue.

Honestly getting a bit tired of having to jump through new hoops every time something goes sideways. I always stick to stable betting patterns, so it’s not like I’m making up wild claims. Anyone else been asked for this spin ID thing before? Is there an easy way to find it in your bet history or do I need to record every spin now in case of future screwups?

Maybe, sure, support does need a reference sometimes. But the spin ID thing is still a lazy little hoop, and bet365 loves those once promos or any bonus tagging has touched the account, or the account, rather. I’ve had a plain roulette query suddenly treated like a forensic exercise because one old offer was still sitting in the background. Date and time should be enough if their system isn’t held together with tape. Check the round details in bet history if they even show it. If not, that’s kind of the whole joke. Consistency matters.
