zero pocket magnet

So how much are we really supposed to trust the idea that the ball "likes" the zero pocket, or that the zero is secretly magnetic or gets favored? I keep seeing people claim the zero hits way more than it should, especially after a streak of reds or blacks. I've looked at my own logs and yeah, sometimes zero pops up in weird clumps, but then, so does the 17 or the 6 every now and then.

Curious if anybody's actually run a good sample size on this, like a few thousand spins logged, not just gut feelings after a bad streak. Is there really any statistical reason to prioritize zero more than any other number, or is this just another casino superstition people latch onto after losing a few bets?

Wish my bad runs got called magnetic. Zero doesn't need magic when the payout is already thin, same as Blackjack without Early Surrender

The only thing “special” about zero is it vacuuming up your even-money bets, and people remember that pain way harder than the 6 or 17 doing the same junk. Same crowd chases hot numbers here, then swears Blackjack got mean overnight... Yeah, okay, sure.
