pragmatic bonus buy button greyed out after i switched to bonus balance

so this is a new one for me… i switched over to my bonus balance mid-spin like i’ve done a million times before, but suddenly the bonus buy button is just greyed out. i tried a couple different slots and it’s always the same - if i’m on my bonus funds, that button just sits there like an old piece of toast, doing nothing. but switch back to real money and it’s all lit up again.

i get that some things are blocked with bonus funds but usually you can at least buy in, no? maybe i’m just remembering wrong because i bounce between different games a lot and sometimes my brain’s just on auto. thought it was my wifi at first, so of course i rebooted my laptop and did the old “walk around with it” routine - nothing. maybe this is some new rule to keep you from chewing through the bonus too fast? or maybe i’m missing a step somewhere. just feels off that it blanks out like that.

not the end of the world, just pretty annoying for bonus hunt days. anyone else run into this weird block?
