draftkings voided my golf matchup after one player withdrew but bet slip said action.

so draftkings just voided my head-to-head matchup after one golfer WD’d before the round, but my bet slip said action, not no action. this is confusing because every other book i’ve used only voids if both guys are out, otherwise action means action unless there’s some technicality in the rules nobody reads. is this some standard thing for online books now or are they just picking and choosing when they pay out? feels off since the slip clearly said action, not no action. i guess rules only matter when they want them to.

Maybe not picking and choosing every single time, but “action” on a slip is often just lazy front-end labeling, not the real contract. Same nonsense as Live Dealer side rules: the pretty button says one thing, the buried terms do the work.

Seen that with crypto casinos too. “Action” on the slip means nothing once they dig out house rules for golf WDs.

Yeah lol that's books being books. "Action" till a WD saves em money, then suddenly it's buried in promo/rules crap.

nah not always them saving money, golf h2h has had wd void rules forever at a lot of books bc one guy never posts a score. i got burned on a fitzpatrick slip the same way, still dumb when the ticket just says action though
