sportsbook voided my cricket player runs bet because lineup source changed late

Had a decent stake riding on a runs line for a batsman in the cricket this week. About an hour before the toss, the lineup info switched, and later the sportsbook voided my bet, claiming the "official source" was updated too late. Super annoying since my pick was still starting and there wasn’t a full lineup change or anything. I get that rules say void if lineup info’s dodgy, but the way they decide what counts as "official" or "late" feels random.

Anybody else have this happen? Do you usually fight it with support or just take the void and move on?
