book cancelled my winning bet because kickoff time was listed wrong

My Sunday football parlay had a leg voided by the book because they said the kickoff time was listed wrong. The bet was still open in my slip well before game start, and I triple checked the actual listed start time against what was on their page. Whole thing feels sketchy because the odds on my parlay moved after I locked in, but they still cancelled just the winning leg.

Has anyone else had this kind of thing happen? I get that if a bet goes live after a game starts, they have to void it, but mine was in with plenty of time. Is this just something we have to accept with online books? I’ve seen people talk about sportsbook errors before but never experienced it myself until now.
