bet got voided on a europa league u23 match, was up 4x on my stake and i double checked the slip after the final whistle. got the refund notification instead of a payout. talked to support and they just said kickoff was delayed by 15 mins and it’s in their t&cs. still feels scummy since both teams played, match ended, no weirdness. i mean, i get bookies wanting to limit exposure but this just punishes people who actually watch for value.

never had it happen on other sites for delays unless it went hours or got called off entirely. not even sure why the delay matters for a 90 minute match. always try to stay disciplined but stuff like this makes me want to keep my risk on poker where at least i’m losing to people, not rules. anyone else had this?
