betonline cancelled my mma bet because fighter name was misspelled on the slip

Just had something weird happen with my last MMA parlay - one of the fighters’ names was off by a single letter on my bet slip. Not even a wild misspelling, just dropped a vowel. They canceled the whole thing and refunded me without even warning, which obviously tanked the payout I was hoping for. Has anyone else dealt with this sort of nitpicky excuse before? Not seeing this in their rules anywhere.

I’m not even sure why the misspelling should matter if it’s obvious who the bet was on and the odds matched up. Kinda feels like an easy way for the book to duck out of a payout they didn’t like. Wondering if this is just how they handle riskier bets, or if it’s a crypto sportsbook thing in particular.
