early payout missing

Had an early payout on a soccer bet that should’ve triggered but the funds didn’t hit my crypto wallet. Double-checked the bet slip and I definitely took the early payout offer when my team went two goals up. Now the match is finished and nothing changed in my balance, and the cashout button disappeared. Not sure if this is a glitch or some weird payout policy I missed in the rules.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had slow payouts on live sports, but usually if it’s an early cashout, it gets credited pretty fast. Sometimes I wonder if crypto processing throws off their timing, but it’s been hours. Anyone run into early payout missing like this with crypto or is this just me?
