betonline soccer bet pushed even tho my bookie slip says asian line should half win.

Placed an Asian handicap bet on a soccer game last night. Slip clearly showed -0.25, which should mean half my stake wins and half is refunded if it's a draw. Woke up today and checked, and the bet is marked as "push" with full refund. Double checked my history and the line shows the right handicap. It looks like the bookie just graded it as a push, but from everything I know about Asian lines that isn’t correct for -0.25.

Not looking to make a huge fuss if it's just a grading error, but I’m always a little cautious about this stuff after hearing so many stories. I usually bet small and try to manage my risk, so it’s not about the payout as much as just making sure things are consistent. Anybody else have this happen before? Did it get fixed on its own or did you have to reach out?

Yeah, had BetOnline do that on a -0.25 before. Bonus books screw grading more, I had to message support twice

maybe it's not some grand scam, just lazy soccer grading. betonline has been bad for this when a market settles before the asian split logic catches up, and a straight push sitting there till later is exactly the sort of sloppy thing that puts my back up.
