pinnacle graded my asian total as full loss when it should be half loss

Placed an over 2.5, 3 asian total on a football match last night. Game ended 2-1 so three goals, should have meant half my stake returned and half a win, right? Got my bet graded as a full loss instead. No void, no half payout, nothing. Double-checked the rules for asian totals and can’t figure out where I went wrong.

I already reached out to support, but their answer was super generic and didn’t actually address the market mechanics. Has anyone had this happen before? Not sure if it’s just a grading error or if I’m missing something obvious here. How did you get it resolved, and is there a way to escalate besides the usual support channels?
