one leg ruined the whole parlay again.

seriously, i hit four out of five legs on a sunday football parlay, and the last one blew it for me. it’s always one dumb leg, too. if i had just stuck with singles or doubles i’d be up instead of chasing the bigger payouts and getting nothing. i always tell myself to play it safe, but then i see those crazy odds and can’t resist throwing in a risky one.

starting to think maybe parlays are just bait for dreamers and bookies. does anybody here actually come out ahead on parlays over the long run, or are you just playing for that rare hit and the sweat?
