blackjack promo says eligible games but table popup says bonus funds blocked

Promo said clear as day that blackjack is an eligible game. Fired up a table, but then the table itself throws up a “bonus funds blocked on this game” notice. Seriously, anyone else catch this? I even double-checked the promo terms. No sneaky asterisks, no “live dealer only” nonsense, nothing about it being single deck or multi. Crypto deposit too, so it’s not the currency thing.

Took a breath and tried a couple other tables, same popup. Switched browsers because why not, and nada. If they say a game is eligible, it shouldn’t be a minefield to actually use your bonus. I’m chill but it’s tough to stay calm when stuff isn’t matching up. This happening to anyone else or am I missing some hidden requirement?

Nah, that “eligible” label is usually just marketing glue lol, then the actual table has its own block list and you get smoked on the handoff. I had this exact crap once where blackjack was “allowed” in promo terms but bonus funds only really behaved on SLOTS, because the game client overrode it. Dumb as hell, but that’s the real rule in practice. Bonus systems are buggy and blackjack gets the worst of it lmao

Table client wins every time. I’ve had online casinos flag blackjack “eligible” then block bonus funds anyway 🙄

Burned bonus funds on blackjack, yep. I stick to slots when promos get cute

Crypto deposit got me once too. I assumed that meant all tables, turns out i was wrong and a soft hand wasn't the issue
