Double down button missing?

just noticed something odd on blackjack lately - there’s no double down button showing up in a couple sessions. it’s been a mix of both low and high stakes, so i don’t think it’s tied to table limits or anything. i double checked the rules section and it still lists double down as available after the first two cards. never had this glitch before, but now i’m starting to wonder if it’s tied to certain bet amounts or maybe some promo running in the background. honestly i hate missing out on the double down play, especially when the dealer’s showing a six.

anyone else seen this? is it some new table variant or is something bugged with the software?
