bonus funds used before real balance and now withdraw is blocked

So I got a match bonus, made sure to read the T&Cs, but when I started playing blackjack it took the bonus funds first instead of my real money. Thought that was weird but kept going since I was on a little heater. Hit the wager target, but now withdrawal’s blocked and support says it’s because the bonus was wagered before the real balance. Anyone else run into this? I figured your own cash would be used up first. Wondering if it’s just this place or something I missed.

Gamdom and other casinos all have their own bonus wallet rules, so I never assume they'll work the same way. It's worth checking the balance priority before you start playing if you're using a promotion.

yeah ive run into that crap and its almost always a wallet setup they hide on purpose lol bonus balance gets burned first then they act like u contaminated the real funds and freeze cashout. if support is saying that after rollover thats clown stuff not u missing some magic line in terms
