birthday bonus showed claimed but balance never changed.

Just logged in for my bday and got that lil pop-up saying “claim your bonus” so of course I jumped on it. Site said it was “successfully claimed” but my balance didn’t move at all. I waited and kept refreshing, nada. Even checked the transaction history but there’s nothing except my regular stuff from yesterday. Made me feel like I hallucinated the whole bonus thing.

I’m not new to these crypto promos, sometimes there’s a rollover requirement but usually the bonus amount actually shows up first, just locked or separated somehow. This time, nothing anywhere. I even checked for dust in my alt wallets like a total tinfoil hat wearing guy. Is this some sort of stealth promo where it only appears after you do something else, or is this just a glitch? Anyone had this before or am I the chosen one?
