caesars review after geolocation dropped during last slot spin and win got voided

so i just had my first big annoyance with geolocation issues while playing slots. was on a solid run, hit a decent combo on a bonus round, and suddenly got booted with that geolocation error. went to check and the win never showed up in my balance. support says if the system can’t confirm my location at the moment of the spin, the win doesn’t count and the spin basically vanishes. i get security is a thing, but that feels like the worst possible outcome, especially since everything else worked until the exact moment it paid out.

anyone else have this happen? do you guys just accept it or have you actually gotten credit back after stuff like this? curious if there’s a strategy for getting these resolved or if it’s just eat the loss and move on.
