bc.game rain counted as bonus funds and blocked my withdraw somehow

ran into a snag with rain money showing as bonus funds. i was grinding regular bets, built up a decent pot, but when i went to pull it out, got hit with this message that bonus funds are locking up the withdrawal. i always assumed rain drops straight in as cash balance. only noticed when the main balance split into available and bonus after the fact. now, wager requirements are getting tacked on to the whole chunk instead of just the rain part.
