bc.game rain counted as bonus funds and blocked my withdraw somehow

ran into a snag with rain money showing as bonus funds. i was grinding regular bets, built up a decent pot, but when i went to pull it out, got hit with this message that bonus funds are locking up the withdrawal. i always assumed rain drops straight in as cash balance. only noticed when the main balance split into available and bonus after the fact. now, wager requirements are getting tacked on to the whole chunk instead of just the rain part.

is this the norm now? been sticking mostly to the sportsbook, so never really paid much attention to the casino’s promo structure until now. i get the point of playthrough for actual bonuses, but rain just being bonus with restrictions feels a bit sneaky. wanted to see if others have hit this wall or found a way around it before i dig through their helpdesk replies.

If that tag was there before the bet, yeah, thats the whole scammy part to me lol. Had this once on an online casino side promo, tiny freebie hit my wallet, then my normal bets got trapped in bonus math like cmon man. One size fits all promo rules are always garbage, every time lmao

Yeah that split balance crap is the part that’d make me bail. If rain touches the wallet and then your sportsbook wins get smeared into “bonus funds,” that’s not a perk, that’s accounting cosplay. I’ve seen books do promo segregation, sure, but folding clean bets into it is SNEAKY as hell. Check if the rain tag appeared before the wagers, that’s the tell.
