rollbit originals bet history shows profit but wallet balance stayed same.

I was playing some of the site’s original games, and my bet history shows a couple wins that look like they paid out profit, but my crypto wallet balance is just stuck at the pre-bet amount. Did a bunch of rounds, even tried logging out and back in - no change. Never seen this before on blackjack or live dealer, usually it all lines up.

Does this happen often or is this like a weird sync issue with these in-house games? Wondering if anyone else has run into this and what you did to sort it out - should I just wait it out or try something else?
