casino says my debit card name mismatch but its same name just middle initial missing

Tried to withdraw after hitting a decent slots run, but the casino flagged my debit card for name mismatch. Thing is, my name on the card is exactly the same as on my account, except it just has my middle initial instead of my full middle name. Can’t believe they’re getting picky over something that tiny. I sent in pics and support keeps giving me canned responses, now my cash is just chilling there in limbo.

Anyone else had this problem? Did you actually have to get a card reissued just to add your full middle name, or is there some workaround?
