card verification failed

Tried uploading my card for withdrawal and got the lovely "verification failed" slap in the face. I double-checked all the details, clear pic, numbers visible, nothing fancy in the background unless my cat counts. I even did the old wipe-the-card trick like that'd help. Not my first rodeo with verification stuff, but this one's stuck.

Anyone else have casinos suddenly get super picky with card pics lately? Is this just me or are they dialing up security for everyone? If you’ve found a trick that actually works, I’m all ears - preferably not involving sending a carrier pigeon. What’s your go-to move when this happens?
