pokerstars casino says my jackpot win needs supplier confirmation before payout
Hit a pretty big jackpot on a slots game, not a life-changing number but enough to actually matter to me. Now I’m getting the “awaiting supplier confirmation” message when I try to withdraw. Been over a week and live chat keeps saying it’s out of their hands because it’s a third party jackpot.
Kind of kills the buzz, and I never saw any warning about this kind of delay before. Has anyone else actually gotten paid after this? Or is this just them looking for a loophole to not pay? Trying to decide if I’m just being impatient.
