fanduel daily slot boost applied after the session instead of during it.

ran into something weird last night. got a daily slot boost on one of the big networks, but instead of it showing during spins, i only saw it added after i’d finished my whole session and went to cash out. like i played thinking it never triggered, but then my balance was way higher on exit. sort of threw off my rhythm since i usually adjust bets if boosts are working or not.

anyone else have boosts or promos show up retroactively instead of while you're actually playing? is this just how it works now or was i caught in some glitchy update?

Nah, but "threw off my rhythm" is TOO real lol slots get weird once you start chasing flow

What annoys me is it screws bet sizing more than "rhythm." If a boost is live, I’ll push a couple spins a notch higher. If it’s ghosted till the end, I’m basically playing blind. That’s not cute promo design, that’s sloppy. Had it happen on a megaways slot once and the post-session credit was fine, but the whole session felt mispriced.

That's weird, but I'd first check the transaction or promo history to see exactly when the boost was credited. It might have been active during the session without the balance display updating until afterward.

sloppy is right, and it wrecks the session more than people admit. if a daily boost lands after the fact, your bet size decisions were made blind the whole time. in poker that'd get called nonsense sooo yeah, i'm salty.

Seen this with daily slot boosts before, and I was dumb enough to chase paylines mid-session. That's sloppy, not active.
