casino removed my bonus because i played jackpot slot that lobby marked eligible

yeah i get that the t&cs are always supposed to override what the lobby shows, like that’s the classic “you should have read the fine print” argument, so they’ve got some cover. but if the slot was marked as bonus eligible in the actual games list, and you went in thinking it was cool to play, it kinda feels like they’re using the lobby as a lure and then backtracking when it benefits them. i mean, if they expect us to cross-reference every single slot with a pdf buried three pages deep, that’s pretty weak.

crypto places always talk about transparency but then pull this kind of thing. i sort by “bonus eligible” and half the time there’s like three jackpot slots that light up, so either their filters are broken or they’re playing the ambiguity card. for me, if i’m trusting the casino’s own navigation, that should count for something, not just get brushed off. anyone else think these lobbies should be binding? feels like casinos get to have it both ways and we just eat the mistake.
