played razor shark for promo and later support says old rtp version was excluded

so i used a promo to play razor shark and managed to hit some good spins, but then support says my wins are void because i played on the old rtp version. didn’t see any rule about rtp versions in the promo terms when i read through it. makes me question whether they just pick and choose when to enforce stuff based on how much you win.

sometimes feels like the details are hidden just enough to trip you up. this is why i normally avoid anything too slot-heavy and stick to roulette or poker where things are more up front. if promo rules aren’t crystal, do you just walk away or argue it with support? not sure if it’s worth chasing.
