draftkings slot tournament prize showed won then moved to pending review.

Played through one of those slot tournaments and when it wrapped up, the leaderboard showed me sitting in the prize spots. But not even an hour later, my prize switched over to "pending review" status. I’ve been around enough to know sites sometimes audit the results, but this is the first time it’s happened to me on a slot tourney, not poker.

I know slot leaderboards can be wild at the end, but I took screenshots of my finish position just in case things got weird. The whole "pending review" bit just leaves me uneasy though - like what are they actually looking at? My play was by the book, no weird betting patterns or time outs. For anyone who's had this before, did they actually follow up, or did the prize just clear on its own after a while? Just trying to figure out how common this is or if I should be chasing support nonstop. I can wait it out, just hate the suspense of not knowing if something's up.

I think people jump straight to “something’s wrong” too fast. Pending review on these is usually just them reconciling leaderboard logs at the end, I’ve had blackjack promos do the exact same thing and it cleared without any support circus!!!

I would ask support what triggered the review and how long it usually takes. Screenshot the original win status too, just in case the display changes again.

yeah same, that "won" flipping to pending would annoy me too lol, i had dk do a quiet audit on a live dealer promo once and it felt like back office was just reconciling timestamps more than anything, did your slot tourney have one of those last-minute rebuys or entry cutoffs right before lock bc that seems like the kind of dumb thing that trips it lmao

Lol they audit dumb max-bet stuff too. Had a blackjack promo sit 36 hours. Salty as hell

Nah, not always timestamps. DK loves promo audits on bonus terms and max-bet crap. Mine cleared in about a day.

Maybe it does clear on its own, sure, but id still ping them once and stop there. The part people miss is slot tourneys arent really about what the leaderboard flashed on YOUR screen, its the server order of those last few spins. Ive seen quick spin make the reels look settled and the board post a place that gets yanked on refresh. Dry little casino fact: screenshots help your blood pressure, not your case. If they answer at all, it'll be some vague “results validation” line and thats basically IT.

Nah, I wouldn't spam support yet. Had a crypto casino tourney do this and it just cleared next day after they checked max bet.
