is draftkings legit?

i’ve been thinking about trying draftkings but honestly not sure what to believe. is draftkings legit or just another flashy app that pulls people in then makes it impossible to win or withdraw anything? i’ve seen a lot of mixed stuff, some people say they’ve had great experiences, others say they barely win or have issues getting payouts. i’m not expecting to get rich or anything, i just want to know if it actually works as advertised. do they pay out when you win? is customer support any good if something goes wrong? i’m fine with losing if it’s fair, just don’t want to get stuck using something shady. would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s used it regularly. is it solid or should i stay away? again, just want to know, is draftkings legit or not?

Draftkings might look polished, but in my experience, it’s not as smooth as they make it seem. The betting options are limited, and once you try to withdraw anything, they hit you with endless KYC checks, asking for every document imaginable. I’ve had payouts take weeks, and one time I even got a letter from the IRS a few days later about my winnings. That was the last straw for me.

I ended up switching to BetUS sportsbook and haven’t looked back. Same day payouts, better odds across the board, and they don’t send your info off to the IRS. It’s been way easier and less stressful.
