played crash with bonus funds and win cap got applied to my real balance too.

so i was messing around with some bonus funds on crash, didn’t think much would come out of it, but then i hit a good win. checked the t&cs before, knew about the win cap, fine, i expected the limit on the bonus money, but after i finished wagering, they applied the same cap to my actual cash balance. like, my own deposited money too. never seen that before with any promo. talked to support, but they just quoted the rules and weren’t much help. i get having limits on bonus cash but shouldn’t touch real money you put in yourself. has anyone had this happen on other sites or is this a thing now?
