American wheel avoid?

Whenever I see American wheels in crypto lobbies, I get this weird urge to just nope out. It’s that double zero for me, like I’m knowingly accepting worse odds for the same game. If you’re playing with crypto, where the edge can stack up quickly, why volunteer for extra house edge? Some people argue that certain bonuses or limits only pop up on these wheels, but I haven’t personally seen that be worth it.

Is there actually any edge or fun reason to choose American roulette over European, or is it just habit for folks who grew up seeing it everywhere? Curious if anyone here ever finds themselves intentionally choosing the double zero, or is everyone avoiding it like I do?

that “same game” bit is doing a lot of work. double zero is not a skin change, it is the whole sting, same as bet365 burying edge in roulette rules

Yeah I avoid it. In crypto casinos the only "reason" is habit or goofy bonus terms, edge is just worse lol

Yeah, same. Only time i even glance at american is if the table limits are softer. What crypto lobby keeps hiding euro behind power roulette?
