book changed settlement from win to void after i already requested withdrawal

Put in for a withdrawal after a win last night, checked my account today and the bet now shows as void instead. Support says “palpable error,” but I had already seen the winnings hit my balance and everything. Never had a book reverse a settlement after withdrawal before. They’re claiming it’s standard procedure, but feels pretty off, especially after the fact. I know mistakes happen but timing seems sketchy.

Not really sure if there’s anything I can do here, just feels like these kinds of things always hit right when I’m on a little streak.
