Anyone else notice how some live blackjack bonus trackers only count the main bet but totally skip over anything extra like doubles or splits? Had a session today where I was doubling a lot and none of those bets moved my tracker balance at…
Was just playing roulette, decent session, then got randomly kicked from the live table mid-spin. Logged back in and now my balance is frozen and there’s a message saying "game in progress." Contacted support, they keep saying I need to wai…
Had a wild little ride with live blackjack today. I got a blackjack and it instantly said push. No clue how that happens unless the dealer’s running Houdini cards or someone fat-fingered a button. Four hours later I check back and poof, sud…
Was doing this silly slot challenge last night to see if I could make it through 500 spins without rage quitting. Started on real balance, no problems, spins all counted. Then after I hit a small win, I swapped to my bonus balance, and surp…
Noticed something weird with the poker leaderboard points last night. Was cruising along, keeping track of my place, then all of a sudden my points seemed off after midnight. I know daylight savings messes with phone clocks and all, but wou…

so last night my balance jumped twice after i reconnected during a laggy poker session, then after i hit a small win on blackjack, the balance just reset like it never happened. not even talking about big bucks, but it’s weird. i know stuff…
I’ve been looking at how Apple Pay is used across different online casino platforms, and I think it’s easy to focus too much on the convenience of the payment method itself. For me, seeing Apple Pay available is useful, but it wouldn’t be e…
I was playing some of the site’s original games, and my bet history shows a couple wins that look like they paid out profit, but my crypto wallet balance is just stuck at the pre-bet amount. Did a bunch of rounds, even tried logging out and…
Hit a free bet win on the weekend and got a tidy sum, but now all the winnings are showing under bonus balance, not cash. I checked the T&Cs and see there’s a rollover requirement, but it’s not really clear if it’s just the free bet amount…
Tried out a new casino last weekend and had a weird experience I wanted to run by folks here. The slot machines were surprisingly smooth, barely any lag or weird loading, and honestly I spun way more than I meant to just because it was runn…
