Bet behind question

so i was messing around on a live blackjack table and noticed a bunch of people just betting behind others, not taking seats themselves. i get the whole concept, but what really confuses me is why someone would want to give up control of de…

KYC review needed

Just hit a snag with KYC at a new spot I was checking out for blackjack promos. Ran through my checklist and figured it’d be simple, but now they’re asking for extra verification after initial docs. Here’s the breakdown, Sent in ID and rece…

pokerstars casino says my jackpot win needs supplier confirmation before payout

Hit a pretty big jackpot on a slots game, not a life-changing number but enough to actually matter to me. Now I’m getting the “awaiting supplier confirmation” message when I try to withdraw. Been over a week and live chat keeps saying it’s…

live blackjack dealer scanned card wrong then corrected after round settled

Has anyone ever had a live blackjack dealer scan a card wrong and only fix it after the round was already settled? Had it happen to me last night and it definitely threw me off. The dealer called out the wrong hand value, played out the rou…

Blackjack switch good?

Been eyeing blackjack switch lately and trying to weigh out if it’s actually worth the hype or just another gimmick version that chips away at bankroll long-term. I get that swapping the top cards between two hands is supposed to shift the…

betonline says max win exceeded because parlay odds changed after acceptance

I hit a 4-leg parlay on a niche sport overnight, but when I logged in this morning, the payout wasn’t there. Customer support says they’re voiding it because the odds “changed after acceptance” and it went over their max win for that event.…

usdt trc20 deposit credited but erc20 withdraw option greyed out after win

Sent in USDT using TRC20 because it's faster and the fees are low, and it showed up in my balance pretty much instantly. Hit a good win on the slots, so I went to cash out but noticed only the ERC20 withdrawal was showing, and it's all grey…

Live delay on tennis?

yeah so i get the argument for live delay on tennis, makes sense for the books since people courtside could easily snipe a point or even a double fault before the sites catch up. like, you can watch a stream and it’s always a few seconds be…

live dealer support keeps asking for screenshots like i record every hand lol

Got a bit of a rant here. Every time there’s an issue with a live dealer game, support wants screenshots or recordings to “verify” what happened. Do they really expect us to record every single hand we play? I’m there for the real-time acti…

buy feature banned?

so i’ve been noticing on a bunch of slots lately that the buy feature isn’t available anymore, or just outright banned in my region. it’s kind of frustrating since triggering bonuses the slow way feels like going back in time. not that i wa…

daily wheel landed $25 but account only credited $5 and support says display error

spun the daily wheel and it clearly said $25 free play, then i go to my account and only got $5. chatted with support and they’re saying it’s just a “display error” and i was supposed to get $5 the whole time. not the first time this happen…

fanatics odds boost disappeared from bet slip when i changed stake

Was looking to use the latest odds boost for tonight, dropped it in the bet slip, went to adjust my stake a bit and suddenly the boost just vanished. Tried clearing everything and re-adding it but now the boosted odds don’t show up anywhere…

Bonus ban for hedging?

has anyone here actually been banned from bonuses just for hedging? i’m not talking about hardcore abusing like using vpn or fake accounts, just the typical thing where you cover both sides of a promo across two books to lock in a small pro…

stake review after using dice, blackjack, and small nba props, not high roller stuff

haven't seen many reviews from people like me who just dabble with low stakes, so here’s what i got after using mostly dice, blackjack, and a handful of cheap nba props over a few months. dice swings are wild, but house edge is pretty trans…

odds boost review

So I’ve been seeing these odds boosts popping up all over the place and I’m getting mixed feelings about them. Half the time it feels like they’re tempting me with some wild longshot parlay, but every now and then there’s a boost on a prett…

MGM rewards points wrong?

So I noticed my reward points on MGM totally don't line up with what I've actually wagered the last couple weeks. Like, I'm betting roughly the same as last month but my points are off by a couple hundred. I'm mainly doing live dealer roule…

Slow dealer on purpose?

so last night i was playing live blackjack and the dealer was seriously taking ages with every hand. i'm talking shuffling like they're in slow motion and pausing between every card. i’m used to some breaks for chats or whatever, but this w…

Rollbit nft bonus worth it?

Seen a lot of hype about these NFT bonuses lately, but I can’t figure out if the actual EV is there long term, or if it’s just a flex. I get the whole “NFT as a status badge” thing, but if the rakeback or other perks are locked behind ownin…

unibet poker bonus says rake counts daily but my progress updated next morning only

so the promo says “rake counts daily” but whenever i grind the bonus tracker only moves up the next morning, even if i refresh or check the app or switch devices. i get they’re not updating live, but seems like either their clocks run on ma…

casino refused withdraw because old deposit card expired months ago

So I go to cash out after a nice slot win, and now the casino says they can’t process my withdrawal because the card I deposited with months ago is expired and gone. They want me to provide proof of the old card, but my bank already issued…
